I love coffee. More than I should. It's as always overpriced, that isn't going to change. 1 mocha breve 2 venti drips and 2 cake... pops were over $22 all together. Sweet Jesus that's a lot. The drip coffee should be cheaper because the majority of people buythe fancy coffee. Read more
Absolutely the best experience! I have been wanting to leave a review for awhile but today takes the cake! Despite long lines... for fall flavors they operated fast and efficient. My dogs Romeo and Juliet love their pawpachinos lol ????! We move from Texasso I wasn?t sure if this was an every Starbucks things let?s just say they like Alabama now! Nice place to study! The restroomare mostly clean unless someone inconsiderate trash the place or has an accident but doesn?t say anything not going to point thefinger but I saw you lol! The staff are great management seem great too!!! Please give your staff bonuses like if they upsalethey deserve a piece of that profit. Read more
Like the other Starbucks, it's overpriced. But, with the higher price tag you do get decent service. The drive thru is always... busy and it seems faster to go inside. Decent overall venue if you need some caffeine. Read more
Dumbfounded by the incredibly inept staff. They were moderately busy and it took 25 minutes to get one drink. The reason? The... two people in front of my, they made their drinks wrong multiple times! One gentleman had his drink (not complex) messed upthree times. On the fourth attempt the server started to make it hot - again - and he had to reminder her that it was iced. Hehad just told her that 30 seconds ago. Just want to start by saying that my order is pretty much always spot on as far as how I wanted it and how it's made. I just... wish ALL of the staff would acknowledge people when they come in for mobile orders to pickup most of the time I have to pointand ask if this coffee is mine and that after I've already been standing there for a few minutes.
