This place is ridiculous! Everytime I come they ALWAYS forget something in my order. So this time I say in drive thru to check... it. Of course I was missing 3 items. So they ask for the bag back through the window which is against health department policy.Then give my bag back and I am still missing a burrito. Not to mention, there was a small white hair in my Mexican pizza. I toldthe cashier at the window (Arrissa F.) And her way of fixing that issue was to shut the window in my face. That's ok. I have no complaints about the food quality, but it's obvious that the young man at the drive thru window needs to be trained in... customer service skills. I'm not interested in the kid receiving a write up or losing his job, he just needs to be bettertrained. Read more
Bought $17 worth of food , asked for sauce packets, got home pulled items out ,sauces were stuck together and covered in nasty!... Opened hard shell tacos, shells fell apart, got soft tacos, they didnt have lettuce, I didnt order with no lettuce!!! Howdisappointing! Read more
They are short staffed however using self service screens they had everything running smoothly! Those employees are excellent!... The drive thru was too the road as it was lunch time and inside dining was full. But everything was moving quickly. Good jobemployees they all need raises!! Read more
I went to this Taco Bell for two number 6 combos, one with Chicken and the other with Beef. I also asked for 1 additional beef... crunchy taco. I pay for my order, no reciept only to get home and no additional crunchy taco. I called 13 times, with either noanswer or a busy tone. Food was great we visited here tonight for dinner 11/30/22 and I must say the food was all perfect never had a taco and... gordita look as pretty as the ones I had tonight most of the time everything is falling out and they look so sloppy buttonight Jacob Norman went above and beyond to make everything look so nice not only was ge working hard to get all his ordersout he made sure everything was perfect and not to mention his top notch customer service in this day and age when employees areso hard to find you have a top notch one and better keep that one he's quite a gem ,thank you Jacob for going above and beyondto please your customers we will definitely be back due to the excellent food and service.
