First visit this year. Now their "large" pizza is about the size of a small personal pan pizza. Wings were decent, but not worth... the $$$. Our group used to visit every home game. But paying the hostess to move up the waiting list to get a seat??? Too manyother places that have better food and service on gameday. Read more
Excellent food. I had the ranch chicken wrap and it was delicious and filling without making me feel heavy afterwards. The pasta... salad was well flavored and perfectly prepared. Our server was friendly and timely with her service. An overall nice experience.We had a window seat with a nice view (probably even better when they finish the road construction going on out front). Theprice was reasonable, especially considering the good service and top quality food. Update 2022: great time on Tuesday nighttrivia. Fun atmosphere! Read more
A friend brought me here. It's in a nice area downtown with street side parking. there is plenty of space inside to get around.... Our order of wings and subs were great. mozzarella sticks were a lil stiff. The staff was a pleasure. Read more
Let's get the negative out of the way ... steak sandwich was meh. Onto the positives - wings were cooked perfectly, crispy... without being dry and coated without being drippy, plus the medium Buffalo was surprisingly spicy - even crispy and spicy whilecold leftovers the next day. We were in town working we had an appetite for destruction and we decided we needed some pasta in our life and so we took a trip... to Amici in Athens .. Stopped in this quaint little restaurant while visiting UGA! I'm so glad we came here to get lunch everything we ordered was... amazing!! The pizza was hands down one of the best I've ever had! Their jumbo wings we're also very good!! They do have a fullbar but also considered a family restaurant with a neat choo choo train going around the ceiling! The restaurant and bathroomswere clean! There's a little area to sit out front just off the sidewalk. The staff were all super friendly and I/we will bereturning ASAP!!! Pretty good food , decent and well trained staff . Our waitress took our entire order down in her head and we got everything... exactly how we ordered it which is impressive . The appetizer was over priced but delicious . It was the buffalo gar farsomething it was a quartered loaf of French break butter seared on a flat top topped with a delicious and tangy buffalo saucemozzarella and buffalo fried chicken cuts ... the burger entree was great , not the best burger in town but definitely tasty ..the fried were salted in sea salt which I liked ... The pizza is disgustingly good. If you want solid NY-style pizza, I prefer this to Little Italy. While I'm generally not a fan... and I haven't tried many other NY pizza places in Athens, this is one of the best. Great gameday atmosphere, good greasy pizza,and cheap deals if you go at the right time. Read more
