The beef in the Steak Bowl doesn't taste good here. I've had it several times since I moved away from Jefferson. The Steak Bowl... in Jefferson had ALWAYS tasted better. We had a problem with the bill when the side salad was an extra charge. We didn't wantthe Broccoli side on his meal. She didn't explain that a salad is more $. So when I questioned her about it she went back andchanged it. But the new bill charged us .99 for the ranch dressing that came with our chicken wings. Meh, just go to clocked. The food there is way better. Our fried pickles were mostly breading, the bun on my chicken sandwich... was close to being too hard, the kids meal smelled funny, and the fries in all three meals were really hard. The PhillyCheesesteak was the only good part of this meal. Read more

After my family of 4 (return customers and people of color) ordered and paid for a $89 meal and $25 for tip. I asked for a... condiment cup of sauce. The waiter had to deliver the news that she?s required to charge .89 cents for the sauce ( remember wehave paid and on our way out). I quietly spoke to the Manager, confident that he would give me the sauce without question. Iwas SHOCKED that the Manager said ?I could give you the sauce, but I?m not!? I was blown away with his posture! No doubtracially driven. This guy has no clue how to be an effective Manager. Me, my family, friends and colleagues will not support abusiness that allow this behavior from their employees. Sad!!!! Read more
Nickel and dimed us for extra sauces. If they had put enough on the first time, wouldn't have needed extra. Who charges for... salad dressing? Not extra dressing, just the dressing that comes with the salad! The waitress was new, but very nice. Themanager is an ***hole. He said he could take the extra off, but he told us that he would not. 89 cents...We spent over $89.00. Ibelieve he only refused us because we are people of color and so was our apologetic waitress. Love "Beef's!" I've never had a bad experience at any location. Their wings are always awesome and their burgers are great, as... well. The only thing I'm not a fan of is their Blue Cheese dip. I prefer a chunky, sharp Bleu Cheese dip and the one hereactually tastes more like a Ranch sauce. I hate Ranch. But I still love B.O.B's! The service was excellent, beer cold, andfootball games on tv. That's about as good as it gets in my book! Read more
