This is absolute worst location of Bojangles. For it to be one of the only ones in Athens, you would think they would hire some... better employees. My husband and I just moved to the East side and every single time I have been to this Bojangles, everyemployee has been extremely rude and disrespectful. Won?t be coming back to this location anymore. The dining room isn?t open even though it?s 5:15 PM. They don?t repeat orders... back to you, or even greet you at the window. Last time they forgot my biscuit and the gravy for my mashed potatoes. This timeshe saw me checking the mashed potatoes (still no gravy) and asked ?do you want gravy with that??. To her credit she got it forme, but they consistently miss things from your order. Also, idk what the management situation is like, but there?s onlyteenagers here in the store. There?s only one person ever working, and like 3 kids just walking around the dining room. Todaythere was one with a black wifebeater walking around in the back. When I pull past the window to leave there?s 4 of them hangingout by the back door, which is odd because the dining room is closed. Idk if these are employees or just kids hanging out butthere don?t seem to be any adults working there. It?s the same every time with employees being unprofessional, food being wrong,and a general ?I don?t care? attitude about the place. Won?t be coming back. Read more
Terrible!!!!! I ordered 2 macaroni and cheese only got one the girl said it in there. And it wasn't!!! Had to go back and get my... drink. She gave me a small. I ordered a large. I ve been there twice with same service. No more! Read more
Staff was vaping just past the window. Took 25 minutes to get biscuits and order was still wrong. The dining room was closed and... the five employees was more interested in their phones than the line of customers in the drive through. Read more
Not only was I stuck in a 30 minute line, I received the completely wrong order and no receipt to prove so. The interactions... with the workers were not friendly. I understand a lot of businesses are understaffed right now, but the workers were justcasually having conversations amongst themselves at the window. I will never be returning to this location. This review is difficult. This was our first visit to a Bojangles. The food was good. We ordered the Chicken sandwich Deluxe... which included bacon, lettuce and tomato in addition to the usual Mayo and pickle with fries. It was good. Worth revisiting for.We also ordered 3 Pc chicken tender supremes, a little spicy kick with dirty rice and coleslaw. Also good. Nothing tonecessarily write home about but good. The fries were the best part of the meal. A little different with a sprinkling of seasonsalt that added flavor but isn?t as extreme as seasoned fries from Checkers or Arby?s. The Honey Mustard dipping sauce was ourpreferred choice. It definitely had a touch of honey and paired with a yellow mustard flavor not Dijon. It was delicious. Oh,and the sweet tea? YUM! Southern sweet and brewed, not syrup! It was neither too sweet nor bitter from over brewing. Based onthe food we would give Bojangles another try, though we wouldn?t go out of our way to visit. Now, this location was a differentmatter. It was dirty. The windows were covered in what looked like oil. The tables were not cleaned. We arrived at 12:00 pm andthey were just unlocking the doors so obviously the dining room was cleaned the evening before. The staff were extremelyunprofessional though they were courteous enough. The person who took our order then went to the back and prepared our orderwhile other staff stood around. One person looked through their mail while standing at the back counter. Another person walkedaround the back talking on their cell phone. Interestingly, there is a sign posted at the counter saying that cell phone use onshift would result in immediate termination. The cook, woman filling window orders and the gentleman taking dine in orders werebusting their butts. The entire situation was weird while standing and waiting for ten minutes for chicken to cook. That beingsaid, if we revisit Bojangles it will not be this location. Read more
I love love love Bojangles! The one on Lexington Rd in Athens will sometimes give raw bacon and the employees are hit or miss to... be nice. I eat here 3 to 5 times a week. I go to other locations if I'm going to be near one. I got to have my Bojangles!Commerce GA has the best one in my opinion! Read more
