This used to be one of the better fast food restaurants in town, but the current ownership/management is unable to keep it... staffed. At this point it isn't even worth going, since it appears to be even odds whether they'll even be open. Read more
HORRIBLE! food wasn't right, manager got an attitude then gave me my burgers with no cheese or mayonnaise. Told us our order... was there but didn't even give my daughter her order! Then got upset because we said we needed her order. Smh. I WILL NEVER GOBACK THERE! Read more
Please go to any other Burger King but this one. They don?t know how to hire professional people or people who know how to keep... their undergarments from showing to the world. They gave our order to the wrong customer and we had to wait an hour for them toremake ours!! Meanwhile they?re arguing about who gave it away. Like that?s very unprofessional!! And apparently someone hasbeen stealing money from this location. Apparently whoever was working the cash register found 3 $100 dollar bills hidden underthe drawer. And it apparently that had been from the night before. How is this place still opened??? And the person who reachedout to us about this complaint literally didn?t offer to apologize or refund us our money. We will not be returning to thisBurger King location anymore!!!! Read more
Waited a long time to get our food only for my whopper to not have any pickles or ketchup. Waited in line to get it fixed only... to receive a whopper with cheese, which I?m not able to eat bc I have to be on a dairy-free diet - but whoppers aren?t supposedto have cheese in the first place. I am not normally a fast food fan, but stopped at Burger King yesterday for a quick meal to go. The drive through line was long... so I went inside to order where there were fewer customers. Right after I placed my order a verbal altercation erupted betweentwo employees in the back. Both were visible to the customers and everything they said was audible in the restaurant. Oneeventually got quiet but the other cursed and yelled for quite some time while the cashier tried her best to diffuse thesituation. She kept urging them to get back to work and reminding them that there were customers and orders. One of the twoinvolved in the altercation walked off the job and into the back by the playground area. The other continued to curse andignore entreaties to calm, then walked out the entrance door. I had requested a refund of my money in the meantime but had towait on another employee from the back to complete that transaction. The employee who walked out the door returned as my moneywas (thankfully) refunded and I was able to leave. Read more
Very bad customer service at the drive thur my order was all wrong i had to repeat my order to get all my food the guy at the... window was not neat face and hair was not groomed i had to call for the manager to continue my order this happened around 5:50pmthis was off of Hawthorne ave in Athens ga just know im not going back there store need to be improved or closed down completely honestly i would not give no stars at all for the simple fact not groomed well unprofessional and doesn't know how to talk tocustomers taking orders and last but not least no receipt .just poor customer experience will not be going back ask for my moneyback to he act like he didn't want to give it back so i did file a complaint do not go there at all order was a hot mess ???? I got overcharged and when I brought it to the managers attention he ignored me. A worker was sitting in the counter. Your more... likely to get robbed here than for them to get your order correct. Read more
