As an Athens resident who has lived here for years, I?ve been to all of our fantastic CFA locations too many... times. Unfortunately, the Epps Bridge location continuously lets me down and proves to be the worst managed out of all theAthens locations. When I go through the drive thru, I?m disappointed because I feel like the high bar that CFA (especially ourAthens ones) has set is not being met here. I had an issue today with a delivery. The issue was on Door Dash, but when I calledto see if anything could be done, the woman on the phone was not friendly or helpful at all. It?s just not up to the standardthat Chick-fil-a sets. Another small thing- why not open your play area? It?s time to move forward and remember that mostpeople still want to enjoy a dine-in experience that resembles normalcy. The food here is always fresh. The staff is friendly, and prompt....even when there are 2 lines wrapped around the building.
Food was good. Service was bad. No one seemed to care to give refills oe really help anymore than they had to.... This also... included the over flowing trash can. Read more

I've been to this location several times and it's always the same experience. You can not get into the parking lot. Traffic... from the drive thru keeps you out in the highway or on the side street waiting on someone to let you in. Absolutely last time Iwill use this location. Which is a shame as the service (once you get in there) is quite good. Read more
The older, woman working the drive through this morning had an attitude. And ignored me when I made light conversation to be... polite. She clearly didn't wanna be there. Then she forgot an item in my bag. This is abnormal for Chick-fil-A?s standard ofcustomer service of which I am usually beyond pleased bc I come here often on my lunch break. I typically try to highlight good in my reviews, but today there is little good to share in regards to our CFA visit. Weather... was inclement, so there weren't any employees outside working the drive through. This wasn't our issue, as I hope they wouldkeep the employees safe. My point is that the restaurant should have had more employees inside working due to thiscircumstance. Still, my family's order of 4 meals came home, minus the sandwich for our number 1. Upon calling, my wife statesthat they took her information and processed a free chicken sandwich on their app. This was since we didn't want to drive asecond 32 minute round trip. The employee offered that they would do better in the future. Honestly, I'm dissatisfied with theresolution. We paid for a meal, and you didn't deliver. Should I have saved my fries and drink to enjoy a meal later? Or, is itmy fault because I decided to eat at your restaurant? Lesson learned. Read more
I go get chick FIL a often, enough so I'm a red member on their app. I've had a couple bad experiences at this location, despite... me not having problems at other locations. The most recent one I order food for my family, and when I get home an item ismissing. I drive all the way back (in game day traffic) only to be made to go through a whole song and dance to get the food Ipaid for. It's Georgia, there are plenty of other chik FIL as in the area, go to those, not this one. Read more
