My second disappointing experience with take-out today, November 11, 2022. My mom called in an order. Picked it up. When she got... home, one of my sides (hashbrown casserole) was missing, and one side (carrots) on the other plate was missing. She was chargedfor the items, but did not receive them. I did not go with her to pick up the order. Again, I have to start checking my bagevery time I or someone in my household goes to get food. Hot tasty breakfast. Lots of options. This location is off and crowded but was fast for us. The service was great and the food... was hot. Cracker Barrel is often a little slower out of the kitchen than other places, but that seems to be improving.Recently. Our food came out fairly quickly. Our server was very attentive and friendly. Had a late breakfast here. We had the stuffed French toast, blueberry pancakes, country fried steak. Gave a 4/5 because our... waiter told us there was a nation-wide recall on the hash brown casserole, but I couldn?t find anything about that recallonline. Read more

Waitress was new but did a bang up job keeping our entire section served. Kitchen seemed to struggle with orders, so items were... a bit delayed. Staff were friendly. The service was great. The hostess and servers were nice. The food was marginal. Usually it?s awesome. The cook must have been... having an off day. I ordered a chicken blt with fries. The bacon was greasy and had no flavor. The fries were hit and miss. Somewere cooked all the way, and some were almost uncooked. I?ll definitely visit again and give it another chance. Worst experience at a Cracker Barrel ever. 40 min wait for food & when it was delivered, my son literally had 2 French fries on... his plate, no butter for cornbread or biscuits was served to any of our party of 6. The mashed potatoes looked like they were aweek old. There was only a Tbsp of gravy served with our country fried steak/chicken and none on old potatoes, eggshells ineggs. Dirty silverware.
