My boyfriend and I ordered 2 philly sandwiches and some cinnamon twist because we were staying at Best Western. Our order came... wrong (1 sandwich and the twists didn't have any cinnamon or sauce). I called and the manager said we had to wait an hour forour order (which I understand they have other deliveries) but NOTHING WAS Done about something they did wrong. I think thedriver needs to pay attention to what the order is and make sure it's correct before delivering. It's not ok for payingcustomers to wait for something that's being overlooked ???????????? Their food is good, but I went there during open hours today (both Google and their door said they were open when I went around... 10:50 and stayed till 11) but the door was locked. There were people inside and I'm sure they saw me but they either didnt knowthe door was locked or didnt care. So I decided to get food from elsewhere. Read more
Extremely rude employees. Me and my boyfriend waited to get our order taken at the desk and someone in the back asked this girl... to take our order and she blatantly said ?no?. We stood there for a few minutes and walked out. Do not come here unless you wantto talk to employees with stank attitudes. She?s probably just mad she works there lol. Read more

The store is short on delivery drivers. Understandable. I called the store to get an update as my order status hadnt changed in... over an hour. The employee on the other end was short, unapologetic and not showing any reasonable customer service. I wasn'teven upset when I called. I just said I'd like to cancel the order that had been cooked and sitting and waiting for a driver forover an hour. Read more
I have worked for Team Fox Dominos before and being a Prior Domino Employee I know the standards of Dominos. We ordered a pan... pizza with jalapeños and pineapple the order was never made. After waiting 20 mins at the store we got a hot mess & an absolutedisgrace to the Dominos Name. Than we asked the manager what?s going on and he is absolutely clueless or under the influence. SoweWe waited another 20 mins and after the 2nd pan pizza came under cooked and we were about to get sick after the 1st couple ofbites we stopped and I demanded that they get their oven checked because their doing something very wrong. Worst domino's in Athens Ga Manager was rude lied about her name when asked for it to leave a review at first she said Darlene... then Helen. Order pizza on app they claim to have knocked on the door to deliver it but never did. Canceled my order without mypermission and didn't even attempt to get it redelivered nor allowed me to place another order. She basically told me you areeither going to come and get it or not eat. Manager needs to be fired and replaced ASAP or this dominos needs to be closed downASAP! Read more
