Food was a 2. Service, attitude and environment was a zero. Ordered my daughter the Oreo peppermint milkshake that she had been... wanting to try. She's autistic and is very particular. When I took it out to her, she looked at it and tasted it and said "thisisn't right... This is just a chocolate milkshake with peppermint on top." When I took the shake back in and asked the woman atthe register about it, she seemed appalled that I would question her. When I pointed out that what we received looks nothinglike the picture on the menu, she tried to tell me that it was supposed to be chocolate and vanilla, and made it perfectly clearwith her attitude that I wasting my breath. Had door locked until I asked if they were still open. She was rude under her breath. Ordered #9 & a concrete brownie Delight... medium. However got a mini chocolate, she stated there's brownie in it & there was no brownie in it . She was very rude &unprofessional. Worst experience ever. Cook in the back did a fabulous ???? job. This was the first time that I ever tried this restaurant. Not sure if I will want to go to another with the service I got... here. First, the lobby was locked. Second, that made the drive thru around the building. But I was willing to give it a trysince I'm new. Third, they didn't have any chocolate frozen custard. Lastly, I get to the window and I wasn't given the rightside concrete custard. All burgers come with only mustard. There was only one person doing everything here. I feel sorry forher, but I still won't be back here again. I told another customer that the lobby was closed and her remark was "Again? Thelobby was closed last time too." Someone isn't managing this location very well at all. Oh and I mustn't forget that it wasalmost $30 for 2 burgers, onion rings and frozen custard. That is way more expensive than Culver's where I normally go. Checkout my burger. The onion in it is thicker than the "steak burger". I'm not usually this picky but I asked for my burger to nothave pickle on it, which it didn't. But it also only had cheese and onion nothing else. I asked for lettuce and tomatoes.That didn't happen. The labor shortage is real due to this current administration. I used to love eating here. Now you have to wait an hour or more... for your meal each time. It?s a fast food restaurant. Don?t get stuck in the drive through. Word to the wise- Don?t go on theweekends until they fix their management there. Happy to change this review once a change is done in management. Ordered two large fries... Waited 15+ minutes.... Got this. Enough said I suppose. I definitely won't be going back P.S. that... is a patty with mustard, pickle, onion, and cheese. The only reason this is getting a star at all because Julia k was very nice and polite. This is the second time I've ordered a... Chicago dog and obviously you have no idea what a Chicago dog is or even looks like. The hot dog I received was a hot dog with apickle onions and a tomato and when I got it it was upside down in the container so everything had fallen out of it anyway. Thisis the second time that I have tried to get this at your location. It's a shame when race track has a better hot dog than youdo. I suggest to get rid of the hot dog especially the Chicago dog and stick with burgers. Or you'll be going by the waysidejust like steak 'n shake. Read more
