Delivery order took over an hour and a half to arrive! Bread was a soggy, nasty mess! NEVER AGAIN, will I order from here.
Choices are too limited and overpriced. Also veggies taste extremely watery or fake. I?ll stick to Jersey?s.
I've gotten food poisoning from this Jimmy John's the last two times I've been here. You may ask why I returned? Because I've... been going to Jimmy John's for over 15 years and used to work there. Employee at the window and drive thru was rude at speaker,I asked him at the window if I could get my sandwich cut in half and he completely ignored me. Didn't even look at me. Thelettuce on the sandwich was extremely watery and gross. The toppings were sparce in some places and loaded down in others. Thisbusiness has gone downhill, big-time. I will never return. The employee who handed me my sandwich was nice, but the last twodays puking and diarrhea have been terrible. Read more
The people working here are Bare Minimum Bob and Bare Minimum Betty. They are definitely not in any hurry to make your food, and... they appear as if they are being held hostage and forced into labor. They genuinely look disappointed when you walk in thedoor. I have been here multiple times because, everyone has a bad day? But I definitely will not be back. Also? why wear glovesif you?re going to touch your face and touch your and other people? clothes? As a business owner myself; this is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE! I placed a order online at 5:53 PM on 12/11/2021 and... set up the tracker to track the order. At 5:54 OM they received the order; at 6:12PM it showed the order was out for Delivery. At 7:02 PM; I still had not received delivery of my order. I then called and spoke (supposedly) to the manager. She statedthey only had one driver and she lost her keys and they were behind on orders. I then asked when she expected the order to bedelivered and she couldn?t tell me. She stated she was doing deliveries and had 10 orders to deliver. I then asked if my orderwas one of the ten; and she could tell me if it was or was not. I waited till 7:30Om and still NO DELIVERY! I finally got inmy car and drove 2.0 miles to the Jimmy John?s on Baxter Street. When I went inside and explained that I never receiveddelivery of my order that was placed at 5:53 PM and would like them to make it, the MANAGER was very rude and said it was nother fault. I then stated that she could have called myself and every other person that placed an order for delivery and toldthem the situation and offered to keep the order in the system, cancel the order or offer a credit for the next time I wanted toplace an order. The MANAGER very rudely responded that she did not have time to call everyone. I then stated that her nothaving time to provide good customer service to a customer; just cost her a customer and that I will never do business with themagain. The sandwiches were really good but I am giving 2 stars because of the drive thru service. The girl that took our order was just... short and almost hostile. She just acted like she was put out when we had questions. We have not eaten here in six months anddecided to grab a sandwich With so many choices today I guess they think they can get away with that because they are close toUGA. But, they loose everyone else when they act disgruntled for no reason. Hospitality training is terribly needed at thislocation. Read more
