I have lived on East side for a long time and I feel like Johnny?s doesn?t get the credit it deserves. The food is SO SO good!... The Chicken parmigiana is absolutely AMAZING and so is the flatbread pizza. Can?t beat the prices either. The service is great,all the staff were courteous and prompt. The service was amazing, however the pizza was not particularly enjoyable to me. It was extremely undercooked and was taken back... to be cooked longer. When it came back, the dough still didn?t seem cooked through all the way. The waitress was extremely nice,but the pizza was very doughy. In addition, when we got toppings, we weren?t told how much each costs as we were adding them onnor was it advertised on the menu. Read more

The staff was friendly, and the toppings were good, but they either went cheap on their flour, or they overworked the dough. My... pizza was tasty but tough. I got quite a workout chewing. Their online ordering system would benefit greatly by adding a wehave started making your pizza notification with an updated pickup time. This was my first time here,ordering at a place called ?New York Style Pizza? I hoped it would be thin, like New York style. Unfortunately if you want thinNew York style pizza, you have to ask for it. Best Restaurant on east side! Definitely my go to place in Athens/Oconee, for Italian. Everything here has been so delicious, ... but currently addicted to their chicken parmigiana. You cannot beat the prices, either! The food is delicious and the service isfantastic. The waitstaff is so friendly- I love the server that has cute short, blonde hair, and glasses!
