Went there at 3:30 in the afternoon, First thing that happened was the guy in the drive-thru was very rude , then after waiting... 5 minutes to give my order I am told they are out of chicken. This place is awful, will never go there again. Read more
It just took us 25 minutes to get all of our food. We had two meals and I had to go in to the restaurant after ordering through... the drive through. They told us to pull up out of the line but they clearly forgot about us. The restaurant floor had food on itand the employees kids were running around barefoot. The ice machine didn't work. The employees were shouting from the diningroom to the fryers, trying to communicate. The people and restaurant were simply trashy. This was the most ratchet, anddisgusting fast food experience I've ever had. Read more
Waited almost a hour for a 12 piece family meal. Was told no gravy for mashed potatoes. Was also told I didn?t order what was... clearly on my receipt. Thought we?d give them a shot. But not happening again. Read more
I don't understand why this place is still open. Last time I came here, I was told it'd be 10 minutes before they could take my... order. No one was there. This time, they tell me they don't have any white meat. Sometimes I drive by here and the employees arejust sitting outside on the sidewalk. Either close this KFC or find new management. Read more
An hour and a half before closing, I wait in the drive-thru a few minutes because the doors were locked for dine-in. Someone... finally comes to the speaker and says "Sorry for the inconvenience but we are sold out." I asked, "you're sold out of ALL food."The lady replies, "yes". I find this very hard to believe since there are no signs posted, and reading the reviews, it lookslike these people are getting paid to do nothing. Must be nice. While waiting in the next door restaurant's drive-thru, I see 2employees unlock the door and come out for a smoke break. I ended up tipping the guy at the other restaurant $20 bucks! Y'allmust love losing money. I'll visit other locations until there are signs posted "under new management and employees". Read more
Worst fast food location. I wanted to try kfc in USA for the first time to see how different it is compared to where I?m... from. There were about 6 people inside, and one smoking outside. She said I can?t dine in. When I asked if I can get it to go,they said there?s only one fryer and they won?t know how long it?ll take just to prepare. KFC is my favorite place to eat but this particular place is absolutely the worst I've never seen customer service like that.... they are very rude and they will let you know they could care less if they wait on you or not and I thought that was just bottomof the pit !!! Their management needs to do a much better job and keep an eye on these people. I always give them the benefit ofthe doubt and go back and see if I can get chicken pot pies but every time I go they do not have them and they don't want tocook them for you and they will let you know that as well they will argue with a customer just like they were on the street.sharpen up managers. sincerely a loyal customer since the seventies. I have never left a review on any place before, but here I am. This is THE WORST fast food experience I?ve ever had. Constantly... bad manners by the staff, consistently out of menu items, and just overall uncleanliness. I know working in fast food can betough and tiring, but this is just ridiculous.
