It?s not very often you leave a fast food establishment and just feel really good about your interaction. AWFUL SERVICE. Canceled my order over an hour after I placed it. Supposedly a driver was at the store waiting on the order for... 20 mins too and they canceled. Tried to call and they don't answer. Never ordering delivery from here again. Read more
Since there was no delivery during the UGA/Auburn game, I called the store directly and spoke to a woman who claims she was a... district or regional manager. I ordered $150 worth of food and asked her how long it would take for pick up. She said 30minutes. Our friend arrived at the store 35 minutes later and inquired about the order to which this person replied ?oh wethought it was a joke? and then turned to another employee and said ?I guess I should?ve taken that bet with you?. That said,they then started making the order which took another 40 minutes. This is clearly the wrong behavior, especially since we wentto the trouble to order the food properly.
