I don't like to complain on reviews too much, but this is ridiculous. I got delivery and ordered a cheese pizza with no sauce.... The pizza we got had sauce. Stuff happens, so I call and tell them it's wrong. She said the manager was out and she didn't knowwhat to do. I asked if she could just send the right pizza. She said no, and told me if I wanted a remake then I had to bringthe wrong pizza up there to prove it had no sauce. So I went up there and was treated like it was a huge inconvenience. Shebrought the pizza back several times to have the person inspect if it had sauce. It's an $11 pizza. Shouldn't be this big of adeal to remake it. Read more
If I could give this restaurant 0 stars then I would! Horrible customer service. The owner harassed me with questions when they... messed up MY order. I tried to resolve the issue, but the owner called back and said she knew my husband and HE had to be theone to come in! She does not even know my family! Newly opened location. Online ordering was good, order was ready when promised, polite staff, clean restaurant.
DO NOT EAT OR WORK HERE !!!! this marco?s has been open for almost a month now and i was hired as a delivery driver, and the... first 2 weeks everything was great. everybody else was new, my boss was friendly and welcoming, the food was good, etc.. buthere within the past 2 weeks everything has completely changed. cockroaches, gross looking food, hiring way too many employees,and overall not a very good environment to work/ be in. today was my last straw, as an 18 year old employee i expect to betreated fair and respectfully just like everybody else but thats definitely not the case. as soon as i clocked in this morningat 11:30 we had a delivery immediatly, and when i arrived they requested to change their payment method from cash to card. itold them i was unable to do so and would have to call my boss. i called 5 times, i repeat, 5 times!!! no answer.. i called thestore, was put on hold for over 5 mins and gave up. told the customer i apologize and left? when i got back to the store afterdelivering 2 more orders my boss was angry and completely went off on me. she said that everything is my fault & that shes noobligated to answer my phone calls when shes busy.. i was then told to go home. i will not be returning, the owner of this placeis a cheap p.o.s who cares nothing about their employee?s whatsoever Read more

Most of the time, our experience here has been fine despite the occasional (what my partner and I have termed) "Pizza Hut cut"... (when the pizza isn't cut all the way through and you have to break out your pizza cutter at home). But I've worked in pizza foryear before so I get it, not a huge deal. But tonight we were trying to order with a coupon that we were mailed to us and thecoupon wasn't working in their system, so they refused to honor the coupon which put a sour taste in my mouth. Why mail us acoupon with your address if you're going to refuse it? So we're ordering Papa John's tonight. Sorry Marco's. Read more
