I also paid for an order that never came. I called 3 times and was told that it was just a phone service that could put me... through to the local Pizza Hut. I tried calling several times and was put on hold for many minutes with no answer. Theanswering service (polite folks I have to say, though ineffective) said they were probably just busy. OK. I was totally unableto get through. My order never came. They did take my money though. Also the app and websites don't work. It worked fortaking my money and order though. First time I ordered a couple of months ago the order came through quickly and smoothly. Idon't know what's happened since. Read more
Horrible Pizza Hut, they never have anything in stock, every few months my family begs for pizza hut, I spend ridiculous time... fighting the website being told they're sold out of every single item I choose. And the company is a leech, deals for 1-toppingpizzas become null and void if you try to add a topping- why not just let us pay for the extra topping like everyone else?!We're sick of Domino's but they always get our $$ in the end. We've tried other pizzas from time to time but, no matter where we might be, have always gone back to ordering from Pizza Hut... for the consistant top quality, taste and overall value of the dining experience. They consistently can not keep ingredients or crusts in stock. This has been a problem for months. Constantly don't order from... this location because they are always out. Would order from another store, but this is the one their app forces me touse. Update 07/22: Placed an order for delivery. It has been an hour after the scheduled delivery time. I had been craving pizza for awhile and this hit the spot. I love the pan crust. They did an amazing job i got 3 of the personal... sized pizzas and 2 mediums and everything on the order is correct and the pizza not only looks f?ing amazing, it tastes ittoo!!! I tried to order a personal pan pizza through my account online, but personal pan pizzas aren't listed, so I had to call. I... started out on hold for a bit, but was able to order. As soon as I was given my total, the call disconnected. I hadn't given myname yet, but they had the phone # I called in from. I called back and was told they'd need to check on it to make sure theorder didn't get duplicated. I waited over 16 minutes before having to hang up. The third time I had to use another phone line,so they didn't have my name or order yet when placing me back on hold for over 10 minutes before I had to hang up again. I droveup there and was told I was speaking to a call center, because they didn't even having working phones. The call center relayedtwo different orders to Pizza Hut. One was right, and the other was not. The local person was very helpful, but my pizza hadbeen sitting in the warmer for a while before I could get there to check on the situation. The pizza was good, but if you haveto call them for any reason, be prepared to wait a while and hope you don't get put on hold. Read more
