I?ve just recently move to this town and Shane?s is my go to barbecue spot. But this one was not clean at all, the slaw was more... like soup, wanting to sit down and enjoy my meal I could not. After ordering my meal I looked to my left filthy looked to myright dirty. Seems the staff was all in the back doing nothing other than having someone cleaning. I really wanted to cancel myorder cause I feel if you don?t keep the area of your restaurant clean where the customers themselves are able to see lord knowshow the back is kept. Pictures below. Ordered the 10 piece smoked wings and these are the wings I received. Not only are these not smoked wings they look like they?ve... been sitting out since they opened. I asked cashiers if they would eat the wings they said no so then I asked why would youserve them to me? Their response was that?s how they?ve been coming out all week. April 21st, 2022. The worst experience ever! I usually eat Shane?s.. but this is the last time!! I pay $25 for two sad meals!... The ?tenders? are the size of tiny boneless wings.. the chicken strips are dry.. even with EXTRA SAUCE. I ordered curbside so Ididn?t have to go in.. I call and I?m placed on hold for 6 minutes. Apparently these people have no desire to even try. The employees were so monotoned and not very welcoming. Apparently a burger... with everything on it means just dry meat and cheese?? They left the grilled strips out of the sampler. The coleslaw looked likeMac & Cheese before we removed the moisture-covered lid. Why was it orange?? Why was it swimming in juice? They only give you12-15 French fries per plate. Kids meals get more fries than this, everywhere! I had heard they had gone down hill?but this isutterly pathetic. Read more
This is why I paid almost $10 for? Three tiny strips of chicken and a few fries that most are undercooked and not salted. They... are fries?how do you mess them up? The teriyaki sauce isn?t sweet like it used to be but rather very bitter and soaked in avinegar taste. Be sure to check out the little bake shop to the right as you enter the front door. Or maybe I shouldn't tell you that, since... you might buy their pistachio muffins, which are to die for, and there wouldn't be any left for us! Breakfast here is great.It's not necessarily anything super fancy that you can't get at other breakfast places, but they do a great job with the cookingand serving of all of their menu items. There's a good variety of options for just about any person's breakfast desires. Whenwe are in Panama City we often go to breakfast here with our larger family, because everybody can find something they want onthe menu! And I don't think anybody's ever been unhappy with their breakfast here. We used to go to the Andy's Flour Powerlocation in Panama City itself, but now they only have the Panama City Beach location. So we drive all the way out there to goto Andy's Flour Power. We like it, and I'm pretty sure you would like it too! Read more
