This is the best Starbucks in Athens. There's usually only one or two ladies working here, and they make GREAT coffee. Please... tip them and give them props for an awesome job. Props and mad respect to the baristas here! Sometimes there's one barista and sometimes two. It's not easy working at a coffee... shop and it's worse working at the coffee shop at a grocery store. This star bucks always seems busy and the baristas definitelyneed more employees to help or more pay. They are hardworking, amazing and nice to their customers and get the job done nomatter how long the line is. Read more

I like this in-store Starbucks because the baristas are Kroger's employees that have plenty of experience and know how to make... coffee. They stayed open during the whole pandemic unlike some of the local Starbucks stores that couldn't keep staff. Read more
My most recent experience with this Starbucks was wonderful! They had three people working and got the orders out fast. The... middle-aged worker was super nice as she went out of her way to show me how to scan my app for points. Employees like this whogo above and beyond for their job is what makes a business great.
