Food cold, order incomplete, wrong order, if someone ask for steak how can you confused it for chicken. Worse Service I've had yet!! Went through the drive through & the lady was rude from the beginning. My order was wrong so i... attempted to go in to get it fixed only to pull on a locked door at 8:35pm. Door says dining in hours are 8 to 10. They seenme with bags on my hand and wouldn't let me in. I had to go wait in the drive through to get the order fixed only for her tocontinue to be rude! I went to hand it back and she told me they don't take food back(understandable)! Then i guess the cookwas mad as well because she then told me they needed the food back! It was insulting as of i were lying! I tried to give itback originally. So I handed her the bag only for her to hand it right back to take food out of the bag and hand it to her. Disgusting all the way around. Its Taco Bells.... Not too much an expectation. Drive-thru took a bit, but my food was good.
This is the only good Taco Bell in Athens. Fast service, consistent quality, generally polite staff. The one on Oconee Conn is... ALWAYS getting orders wrong. The people working there are rude. We tried to order a party pack and was told we can't order that at 10:30 pm even though they... close at 12 am they don't have enough beef to make them. I ordered a burrito Supreme and it was the smallest one I have everhad it had no meat on it. The bean burrito was cold. I don't even see how they have a 3.8 rating this was by far the worstexperience I have had at a taco bell. If they can't do any better they just need to close down. Very disappointing Read more
BEWARE not really sure what the deal is but we visited this Taco Bell because my son wanted Taco Bell as part of his birthday... dinner, and because he saw that this store supposedly had four stars. Somehow all five of the Doritos Los Tacos we ordered inthe drive through were paper thin. My Nachos Belgrande was also not at all what it usually is. Save yourself some gas, time, andfrustration at not being treated the way you?d want to be treated and pass on this place. We?ve had better service consistently during the day shift than night. I?d suggest ordering ahead on the Taco Bell app if you?re... getting a modified order, but you also get points for things you?re buying any way and those points turn into free menuitems. They?ve got someone working drive thru lately during the day and they are always super nice and friendly, knows whatthey?re doing and is quick as can be without rushing you. Always seems like the kitchen is quicker when they?re working too butcould just be happenstance or could be that they do their job well enough that it makes others get on top of thingstoo.
