Food and everything is fine. Day time the service is usually good. Always spotty on whether or not dine in is open and the app... isn?t accurate with it either. If you?re going there past 7pm be ready to wait for a long time. Ordered on the app to carry outfrom the dining room and come to find out the inside is closed so then I waited 40 min in the drive through to get food.Normally fine but they need to pick up the speed in the evenings. Wouldn?t recommended anyone to go here. My card got used by someone that works here, they will take your card information & use... your card ! Had my card not been locked I would?ve had my money taken off. I reached out to the manager. I think her name wasDeanna, she said she would have her General Manager call me . Wendy?s is awful tonight. I know they are short staff but we have been in this line for over 40 minutes. The lady who is talking... the orders is sitting in the window on her phone. Horrible location. On Friday September 24th, I was DoorDashing. My first order I was told that Wendy?s was experiencing a... blackout in their systems. Waited 40 minutes total for my order. Drinks were half full, frosties were melted and less than half way full. My food was cold.... I understand it was busy but this was ridiculous. If your frosty machine is down - tell me so I don?t waste my money on thiswarm, foamy chocolate milk. Read more
Staff were moderately nice didnt have much interaction with them. The refreshment machines were both out of most juice drinks... and no lids for cups, the seating is pretty comfortable but there was a musty smell to the place and the bathroom was a mess.Food seemed ok as usual with every fast food place. Food is good during the day usually, but be prepared to wait. Don't even bother going during busy times. Every time I've gone... during dinner hours it takes forever and my food is cold. At least the staff is polite. Read more
