I would have to say this is the best Wendy's in Athens. Sometimes you might have to wait in the line a while, but if you are... going to wait in line at Wendy's this is the one worth doing it at. The associates are nice, the food is always great, and theyalmost always get everything right in the order. My one major complaint is the lobby still has not reopened post-COVID. Read more

Put in a mobile order, and when I got there ~20 minutes later they "couldn't take orders" because "the system was rebooting".... The lady at the window tried to tell me she couldn't give me a refund, but then she saw the order and suddenly decided shecould. I assume her original plan was to make me sit there while she made the order, which totally defeats the purpose ofordering ahead, but decided it was too much work. It was a waste of time, gas and rewards points and it's not worth the troubleto try again. Don't waste your time here. Read more

First time trying the new Bacon Pub Fries. The were good. I am giving the 3-star because the manager was not wearing a face mask... eventhough we have a mandatory face mask ordnance. Depending on the time of day you might wait a minute, but that?s expected. They?ve got the sweetest most cheerful young lady... you?ll ever hear on the drive through lately, hopefully you?ll get her because she is a delight. If your order is messed up Irecommend calling the store number and letting them know instead of getting back in the drive through. Generally they?ll justconfirm whatever and then run it out to you. Went almost a week ago and had an item missing but the lobby is still closed (forsome reason?).
