I went there on my birthday for the first time and they made my night! They were so nice and friendly, super helpful, and a... pleasure to talk to while we waited for our food. The boneless wings were AMAZING. They have so many great flavors and even mygirlfriend who doesn?t like wings loves their Sweet Samurai boneless wings. It's a good place for wings. The manager was really nice. I was killing some time in there eating some wings and he noticed I... didn't get a drink so he gave me one on the house. Looking over the reviews it seems like maybe they've made some mistakeshiring people who just didn't do their job right, but that can happen sometimes. Hopefully they've corrected that now. Awful!!! I?d give zero stars if that was an option. I placed an order with them and paid an overpriced delivery fee compared to... everywhere else. Then, I waited over 2 hours without any updates besides the original confirmation email. My order never showedup, yet I was still charged!!!! I?ve called 7 times and left 2 voicemails since no one bothers to answer the phone. They alsodon?t bother to prepare your food or return calls. Don?t order from them unless you want to get ripped off also.
