The girl at the hostess station was watching a football game and didn't notice we were standing there for a good 2-3 min. When... she finally did we were told there wasn't a seat anywhere available and it would be over an hour wait. A quick glance aroundthere were a min of 5 open tables and more people were getting up and leaving. I said what about those tables which seemed toannoy the worthless hostess. Drinks were watered down so I can only recommend bottle beer and wine. The highlight was our serverwho was the best! When we were ready to leave it was close to closing time and our server was literally bussing ALL the tablesBY HERSELF while everyone else stood around talking and laughing. I contemplated getting up to help her and deeply regret notdoing so. I can only blame POOR MANAGEMENT for such incompetent workers and ethics. Worst BW3 I've ever been in, which has beena lot all over Ohio. So disappointing!! We recommend going ANYWHERE else. Read more

I had an online order. I came to pick my order up. The girl who helped me was really kind. She showed me everything I ordered... was in my bag to guarantee nothing was forgotten. I thought that was great service seeing as my husband placed the order and Iwasn't 100% sure what all he ordered. The food was delish. Read more
The food was delicious, the place has a nice vibe and the service is very nice.
Good wings. As always, the spice level could be customized. The sandwich with Nashville Hot chicken is my favorite. A little... expensive though. Parking can be tricky at times because it is in a busy street. The French fries is good. Read more
Picked up wings for my husband and I to celebrate him on Father's Day, I got them home and we went to eat them and there was... barely any sauce on them. This was very disappointing and my husband's Father's Day dinner was ruined. Read more
This is their ?ultimate nachos? not only are ingredients missing, they don?t even have more than a handful of peppers on them or... enough toppings for half the chips see here. There was not that fun middle layer of toppings so many good nachos out there do.Please never order these and don?t expect anyone who works at this place do do anything about it. Read more
