Delicious. Really good fair trade organic coffee that has free refills. Great service, friendly atmosphere, no weird pressure... since it is a no tipping establishment, and great food options. I still think about how good the food was here. Everything was the best I've had. No exaggeration. The guacamole was amazing,... the mixed drinks were better than any high end restaurant I've been to, and the food (I got the quesadilla) was absolutelydelicious. The atmosphere is so chill. I love the exposed brick and the woodwork floors. The restrooms were clean. The staff were... friendly. This restaurant is Staff owned so there is no tipping everything is all included in the bill. We got brunch here on aFriday and it was not too busy. Chips and Salsa are appetizers they don?t come free. The seasonal menus is all locally sourcedand house made. I got the seasonal strawberry habanero salsa and it was to die for! So super delicious and spicy ???? I lovedit! I love that everything here is locally sourced and the take on food is unique and delicious. Casa Nueva is a literal gem. First off, this is a no tip establishment, the prices are inclusive. Everything is prepared with... thought and the time it takes to truly make something right. This food has depth , it has flavor galore and it is prepared withcare and glorious presentation. To add the cherry on top, they use local produce and meats which helps the local economy andalso gives their food an advantage amongst the competition when it comes to freshness and quality. We got - burrito (full), achimichanga (full), chips and salsa and a salad with the blueberry vinaigrette *incredible*. Our total was $44. You mayinitially feel like it?s expensive but I cannot tell you how large these things are. I?m a big eater and I couldn?t finish itall, a half size probably would have done me right and those are around $7.50 instead of $15. I, however, now have lunch fortomorrow, they re-heat well. A couple of added bonuses about this establishment is that their bartenders actually understandhow to make drinks even if they?re not on the menu, which is a great drink menu by the way. They often have live performances bymusical artists and the walls are decorated with paintings that you can actually buy from local artists. SO COOL! The entirevibe of this establishment makes you feel like it?s been here for 100 years and that they actually love what they do. You can?thelp but relax when you?re here. A current and hopefully temporary setback is their dining hours. Due to staffing, the diningroom is only open Thursday - 4-8pm, Friday - 4-9pm, Saturday - 9am-9pm and Sunday 9am-3pm and you have to call their number foravailability because the door to the dining room is and will remain locked. We called when we walked up, however, and were ableto get right in for two with no wait! Fantastic food and a cool vibe atmosphere! I think all of their food is locally sourced! Fresh and delicious! They use our corn... chips made from our organic corn grown on our farm here in Ohio. It's a little pricey but worth every penny! There's therestaurant part and a artsy bar part, they are separated rooms so it's kid friendly! Don't miss one of their local beers ormixed drinks!
