I just ordered 2 bowls spent 30 dollars. We took our food home, 1st bite and the rice isn't even cooked. Ruined our lunch.... Unacceptable. Tried to call and speak to a manager and the all you get is voice recording wanting to take my order. Read more
This chipotle is such a mess. They?re always out of certain things whenever I come in to order. There is also usually a line... which can move pretty fast but the employees skimp you out and aren?t very friendly. Read more

Excellent first experience at the place. Courteous folks managing the place. There is some wait during peak dinner hours. Lot of... seating available indoors, and some outside also. The food is usual Chipotle fare - which I like. Read more
Usually an awesome place to stop. Guy w/ glasses was in a big rush though to get us out of there. No one in line behind us. No... rush needed. He'd barely put something on the spoon then SLAP it in the bowl or burrito. I had to ask for extra just to get thenorm amount. For the $50 we spent it could have been done a little better. My daughter even commented "he got more on thecounter than in the bowl!" Cashier was cool. If we see that dude making bowls or burritos again we'd prob skip over to BigMama's instead. Read more
I love chipolte and this was the first time I've ever been to this location and it was a mess. They were out of chips and we... ordered five things of queso so no chips for all the queso, the burrito bowl was leaking out all over the bag and had the bottomsoaked out before we got home, one of the queso was spilled out because the lid wasn't on all the way, one of the burritos wasntrolled right so it was all over the place and I had to eat it with a spoon, I had to stop and get chips on the way home for allof the dip. I understand things happen but this was a whole mess and basically a waste of $55 on my birthday. So yea if I basedmy experience in this visit alone, I probably wouldn't go back. I contacted customer service and they said they would credit mea chip and queso, ok that makes it all better thanks ???? Read more
