Absolutely delicious! Cookies were just out of the oven. There's nothing better than warm cookies. They also have vegan options.
I would love to give Insomnia 5 stars. The cookies are Amazing, Hot and Delicious!! Unfortunately, the staff.... I can't... remember a time we have ever felt welcome when we stop by to get out cookie fix. They aren't really rude, just unresponsive andthey almost make you feel like you are a bother if you need a second to figure out what you want. Thankfully, the cookies willkeep us coming back. For me it's the Chocolate Chunk and Peanut Butter that I can't do without! Read more

I have sent my son cookies a couple of times to Jefferson Hall. I am in Columbus and it's just a way to say I am thinking of... him ...Insomnia makes it feel like it is such a small town with their fabulous personal customer service and prompt delivery. They make promises they keep and the cookies are warm and delicious and I always get a message from my son thanking me for thespecial treat. When I placed an order today I forgot to put my son's phone number on the order and someone even called me toverify they had it so they could find him if he wasn't at the dorm and let him know they were coming! The past couple times I've gone to Insomnia Cookies, the girls working there have been extremely rude. While the cookies are... delicious, the customer service is terrible. Tonight, for example, I walked in with my boyfriend at 11:45 and we attempted toorder our cookies, but the girl working the cash register rudely cut us off to inform us that they were out of the cookies wewanted. We have received the same kind of treatment the other 2 times we've gone in that same store. I understand that it sucksworking late on a Friday or Saturday night, located next to all the bars with drunk kids coming in and out throughout the night,but you knew what you were getting yourself into when you applied to work there. Suck it up and deal with it or find another jobso customers don't have to receive such bad service. Read more
I love how late they stay open, love the amount of quality DELICIOUS cookies I get for a small price. The variety of choices is... amazing with so many sweets to chose from. Such an amazing place. I hope to see one in every town one day. Read more
My husband placed an online order to pick up. Was a quick and easy pick up. The employee was friendly, helpful, and quick. My... family enjoyed the cookies.
