This was the worst Buddy's I've eaten. The sandwich didn't hardly have any meat on it and the meat was so dry. The fries seemed... like they had been sitting under a warmer for a while. The service was OK the staff was nice but the food was terrible! Read more

They scamming you on the amount of meat they give you and expect to not get any bbq sauce unless you make sure to get some at... the window. Ordered through drive thru ans they mixed my pulled pork with my potatoe salad. Like what the actual heck?????? Alsoliterally was only Five bites Worth of meat on my plate. My son and I had a Friday evening ritual for a while. Sneak off and get a half chicken dinner and love it. We were rarely... disappointed. All the sides are pretty good, and some of them are real life vegetables, which is alarmingly rare at restaurants.It doesn't seem like Buddy's has increased their prices as much as everyone else either. Been here several times. The incompetence time and time again is outstanding. No one pays attention to the intercom or cash... register so you are left standing there waiting for anyone to care. Things missing from plates Everytime. Trying to faultcustomers for them not knowing their own menu. Asked me if I wanted sauce. I told them yes. Zero sauce in the bag. A very smalldrop on my sandwich. Got double fries for my two sides And there is barely any. No ketchup. No sauce. All ice little soda. Placeneeds a serious over haul on their employees. I have always loved Buddy's but not so much now. The food is still okay but the customer service is horrendous. The employees... (the majority of them) are rude and hateful. My 82 year old dad was treated so bad by the cashier and he was only asking aquestion about the order. You will wait in the drive thru for over 30 minutes and inside at least 45 minutes. If I am going topay these prices, and wait this long I'll go to a very nice restaurant. Don't waste your time on the Buddy's in Athens TN! Read more
