Credit card machine is programed to ask you for a tip. I don't mind the tip jar (wich is next to the CC machine) but... I have... to go to the counter to put in my order, get my own drink, get up and get my food and then clean my own table. Like I said Idon't mind the volentary tip jar but don't ask me for a tip while I'm paying my bill. I love Firehouse Subs, I have been goingto FHS for about 20 years. My favorite is the New Yorker my wife gets the Engineer. We don't have one close in our area so whenwe travel we always make a point to find one to enjoy our favorites. Read more

We have ate here many times. Disappointed to leave a negative review. Went in to order with my family last. Walked up to the... register to order with nobody else waiting in line and the first thing out of the persons mouth was ?it?s gonna be a 25 minutewait?. There was nobody else waiting. We left. If I wasn't 15 miles away I would take this sandwich back. First, I'm a big fan of firehouse subs pastrami sandwich. Old bread,... no mustard, uncut huge pieces of onion, no tomato and I paid for extra meat and did not get it. A pitiful excuse for a sandwich.Probably will not go back. Read more
Good subs. The wait is on the longer side for fast food, but it's worth it.
The food is always great and I don't think enough people know how good their soups are.
Can't even make basic sandwiches off the menu. Went with my grandma and ordered two subs on 5/21/22. Got home and the Italian... was covered in mayonnaise on both sides... Yeah the "Italian". I called back to tell them and they put me on hold for 15minutes, then hung up on me. Read more
