If you eat here, plan on waiting 30-45 minutes in the drive thru even if there are only 3-4 cars. Food is usually ok. But the... amount of time spent waiting is absolutely atrocious. Understaffed and absolutely NO sense of urgency. Read more
This place is a hit and miss. This morning we went through drive thru and it took 10 minutes of waiting then the person ahead of... me finally was able to order and another 10 minutes after that we were still waiting to order; the line wasn't moving at all sowe just left. We were going to get breakfast before taking my kiddo to school and well he wasn't able to get anything to eat.Thanks. Read more
While my order was correct. The service was not good. The person at the window was rude, did not look at me, seemed overall mad... about being there. They also slammed the window shut after basically tossing my food at me. Very disappointed and will be goingto another location if I was Hardee?s again. Read more
Nice place to breakfast at if they cook your order right and the biscuits aren't hard and over cooked. And hopefully the sausage... ain't burnt and dry. If you dare to try you can get 2 sausage biscuits for a little over $3 but good luck getting them cookedright in a timely fashion. Read more
The staff is nice and the breakfast food is very good. I haven't tried lunch or dinner so I cannot comment on those choices. ... Orders have always been accurate and while the drive thru line may look long it moves rather quickly. Read more
We waited over 15 minutes for our food, was never handed a receipt, the fries were at least an hour or so old, the chicken was... cold, and the burger was cold. When i say cold, I don?t mean room temperature, I mean cold to the touch. I?ve worked in fastfood, so I know they have a time limit on how long food can sit out before you have to make a fresh batch. I see no reason as towhy our food was cold AND it took 15 minutes waiting at the window to be handed our food. I think it?s a little ridiculous.Mytoddler, who is not picky about what she eats at all, even turned down the fries. Not impressed. **Edited** 2/21/2020 has to be the nastiest Hardee's in TN. While I appreciate the fact that it is 10 am on a Saturday the... store looks as though it has not been cleaned in weeks. Every table is dirty with the mornings sales along with actualgrime. ** Edit** New management has turned this place around greatly!
