Zach Harris, the manager is super hard working and was honestly the most helpful person. I couldn?t decide on a couple... sandwiches or some chili fries. He talked me through how they were prepared and I finally made my decision on the Chilli fries!!This man needs a raise!! Hardworking men are hard to find these days! Every single thing we ordered was wrong I called and ask the manager to atleast give me a refund considering we are traveling... through and couldn?t come back but she rudely refused saying she made the order correctly.. number one plain with cheese onlybad onions and pickles chicks add cheese no cheese junkyard fries no ranch no chili.. but these items were made correctly.Sounds like someone needs to be retained and learn how to run a store work better customer service. Service with a smile and very helpful but meat was soggy if I could call it that bun was soaked in what clearly water like juice... from the meat sitting in its own juices ( highly doubt it meat was flavorless) but super soaked in the substance rubbery?onions?And yes another water soaked item the pickle like how does a pickle taste like it?s been sitting in water not vinegar? And wherewas the mustard? It had yellow on the bun but no flavor of any type of mustard ! The whole thing was flavorless and tasted likeit was plunged into water slapped together and handed to me ! Visited the locations drive thru. The employee taking orders did not listen to the order and was clearly distracted by the lack... of customers. As the drive thru was empty and only 1 car at the window. My order was for 3 doubles with only cheese and ketchupand a medium fry. What I got was 3 regular Krystal's with ketchup added and medium ice cold fries. The sandwiches were so fullof onions that it was like I took a bite out of a raw onion. We had literally just finished lunch down the street but we wanted to get some Krystal to compare to the other small square... burgers. As a comparison, I'd say they are similar. Unique enough that everyone should try them but not awesome enough forthem to open globally. Like the other guys, I'd probably eat here again but I'm not heading back to the west coast cravingthem. Went through the drive through and ordered 3 Krystal chicks with cheese after I left I checked and there was no cheese on them... but it was on my receipt that I paid for it. Turned around and went back through the drive through to let them know and they gotall 3 back from me and added the cheese then.
