People always say places are slow. You ain't seen slow until you see this place. We live here in town. So we know it never... changes. Go ahead give it a shot. If the drive-thru lane is full up to the order kiosk in the drive thru, you are looking at 30possibly 45 minutes to make it to the window. The owner could easily double income by increasing speed. Everybody in this areatalks about how insanely slow it is. And nothing ever changes. I've never seen anything like it. Read more
Almost every morning I try to stop for iced caramel coffee with EXTRA caramel and they are always giving me unsweetened iced... coffee. or watered down coffee - like this morning, after i waited in line for 25 minutes. I was given a watered down, my icecubes were melted, unsweetened coffee after I paid for extra caramel. Terrible service! Read more
We've visited this location twice, at two totally different times of day. The first visit took approximately 30 minutes to get... one drink and over 50 minutes the second time, with only two workers present in the building. We'll be going out of our way toavoid this location in the future. The owner should really reevaluate how this store is running. Read more
Worst McD ever! Hit this place on the way to visit family in Cookeville, and it was awful! Awful service, food was wrong... (ordered the two cheeseburger meal, got handed a big mac meal), window employee got enraged when I looped around and asked tofix my food. After being yelled at by two employees through the window and called a liar that my food was wrong, I ultimatelyhad to park and go inside to get my order, and the manager who fixed it had an extreme attitude. She acted like I was the worsthuman on the planet for wanting what I ordered. Extremely hostile environment when all I wanted was my lunch. You have amassive culture problem here. The employees are angry, and gang up yelling at people who just want the food they ordered. Themanager seems just as bad. Owner, time to pony up better pay and use it to entice better workers. I came here for breakfast in the morning, and took my food outside to eat. Coming back in I try to use the bathroom but they... said it was for customers only, and since I left I was no longer a customer. They forced me to buy a cup of water, but soonafter drinking it I felt funny. The lady behind the counter drugged it, and I woke up and it's tiny room where the shiftsupervisor made me fight a bear. All of the rednecks in the town surrounded me, and open the place bets on if I would last afull 3 minutes. Well, I'm driving home writing us on one hand because the bear ripped off my left arm. That shift supervisor isnot a nice lady, doing things with only one arm is now going to be really inconvenient. I hope she's happy. Read more
Easy in and out from Congress Parkway makes this an easy, quick stop for lunch. Inside dining is available, very clean, plenty... of room and tables for small and large groups. There's even a couple of free video games for kids to play in lieu of a playplace. If just driving through, two lanes make that move quickly and there are self serve kiosks as well as counter wait staff.Picky's Recommendation: if you're going to do McDonald's, this one is a good choice. But if you don't want a large meal be sureto tell them "medium" or you're getting a large. Read more
Really poorly run. Employees give this location a bad name. Words to the wise, choose somewhere else to eat. We came 2 different... days, two different times, same disappointing service. Even the manager i interacted with seemed miserable. OWNER, please get ahold of your restaurant. Read more
