This has always been my favorite Mexican restaurant and they even outdid themselves today. My waitress was awesome. The absolute... best customer service I have ever had anywhere. Her attention to even the smallest of details was amazing. I wish I had gottenher name so I could suggest to patrons to ask for her section. But actually all the staff were great and the Monterrey bowl wasterrific and full of flavor. Server was very nice and atmosphere was just ok. Have been here before and wanted to give it one more try before reviewing and... deciding whether or not the main courses they serve are just not good, no other way to word it. My daughter had the MonterreyBowl and she said it had no flavor. I had the chicken and a steak chimichangas with rice and beans. It was all very bland andsubpar at best. My husband had a double cheeseburger with fries. The meat was still partially frozen in spots and over cooked inothers. This was a $52 meal for 3 and we left still hungry. Excellent place to eat! Our first time here, and EVERYTHING was delicious! I had the Pork Burrito and my wife the Shrimp... Chimichanga. Both came with a side of Queso. Hers had a side or Guacamole, Sour Cream. and a side salad. Read more
Their hours were posted they were open until 9:30, however, we showed up a few minutes after 9 & a football championship game to... eat as a family & walked all the way in only to be told they were closed. Bad business, bad reputation, & calls for a bad name. Read more
