I went to Starbucks on a casual, classy Tuesday evening. It was the middle of summer and I was standing in the freezing snow. I... was so excited to order my espresso con panna. Where espresso meets a dollop of whipped cream to enhance the rich and caramellyflavors of a straight-up shot. Or so I thought. After standing in the heat of the middle of winter you can assume I was veryhot. I entered the store shivering and while waiting in line, one of the beastly looking workers came up to me and THREW UP allover my NEW GUCCI SHOES, PRODDA, BALENCIAGA, and JACKET FROM JCPENNY!!! Look I don?t care that my clothes are all ruined(although that jacket costed me $1400). The one thing that bothered me was this worker. His vomit was YELLOW. The man proceededto casually walk out the store without saying sorry. All the other workers were laughing. They called me ?Taco Bell lunch?whatever that means. I brushed it off and proceeded to order my drink. But when I got it, I saw hair and what looked to betoothpaste in my drink. It tasted pretty good, but I am concerned for whoever is brushing their teeth with a hairbrush. I walkedout of the store with my drink. It wasn?t my worst experience, but still undesirable. 2 stars, the drink was okay, but theemployees need therapy. Read more
This was the worst flavoring Frappuccino I have ever had in my entire life. Their was hair in my drink and very rude customer... service. I thought the saying was every ten I see, but no this was not a ten. Never coming back ever again! Read more
The Starbucks is inside Ingles Grocery store. My Husband likes it so much he parks in the isle facing that entrance so he can... walk right in get a coffee, sit and use the wifi while I shop. Read more

I get the Same drink, Strawberries and Creme Frappacino no Matter what Starbucks I go to, also the same size, always made... awesome and good, stopped on way to work this morning, the girl making it was rude and it was undrinkable, she had no clue whatshe was doing and then proceded to tell me that they don't normally make them in that size and all your other Starbucks aregoing against policy, apparently so is the gal that waited on me at the Register,whom was very friendly and personable. Well what can I say I truly love a great cup of Java! I great cup of Joe can literally bring me from a 0 - sad / negative day to... 10 - lets take over the world amazing day! Thats right! A great cup of Joe can make my day a fantastic energetic happy day.However, the chances of me getting a good cup of Java is nearly impossible at times. To be honest I usually don't go toStarbucks to get my coffee. Reason being I usually stay away from chains in general, unless it is convenient like today.However, I am so glad that I did so today. As soon as I got to the counter I was welcomed with a huge happy smile. I was servedand taken care of by Baristas Jada and Grace both where so wonderful, super knowledgeable and so patient with me as I triedto get to know the menu that I decided to go ahead and try a venti iced caramel machiatto. Oh my heavens! This beautiful drinklooks like a coffee piece of art beautiful... just beautiful! The flavor was elegant satisfying and so comforting. Just what Ineeded to take my day from basic to extraordinary!.
