Just attended this location about 10 mins ago. The person had attitude. Never thanked us. When he asked size he was very blunt... and you could tell he was aggravated. Rolling his eyes and snarling his lip. Threw the drinks on the counter. They are openanother hour and a half, SO if Don is mad because customers come in he should choose another job. I absolutely love this Starbucks. I frequently go to Starbucks and this one is usually the best one. The main barista I'd love... to give praise to is Kasey, she always makes my drink perfect regardless of what I order that day. I?m not usually the one to complain, but the customer service was terrible. I asked the barista (Kyra) to fix my drink in a... nicely manner because she forgot to put passion pumps in it & I asked her to sweeten it (which is my fault). However, she wasrude and had a bad attitude. Also, I didn?t appreciate her hateful facial expressions. I had to bite my tongue. Also, myboyfriends pumpkin spice venti size was literally half full and the other half was filled up with whip cream. This Starbucks isa joke. Read more
I am a frequent Starbucks customer, no matter where I am! My experience at this Starbucks is almost ALWAYS horrible. Today, I... had gone into Starbucks to order 3 drinks. Right off the bat, the cashier (DOM) was instantly rude because I had walked up tothe counter trying to order while he was on a phone call. He rudely took my order. As I was ordering, on my third drink, hesounded as if he was upset because I wanted a 3rd drink! After ordering , he let his employee make all three drinks as heresumed his phone call! I stop here every Friday for my coffee treat, the staff is always so friendly even at 6 in the morning. My drinks are perfectly... made every time and they are awesome with recommendations for trying new stuff. Very refreshing to have a great drink withexceptional service consistently! Read more
