Nice staff. Food is good.
I came in to redeem a coupon for a footlong sandwich for $5.98. The woman serving me asked if I wanted it deluxed. I asked if... that would change the price on the coupon and she lied and said no. I was charged $9.98. When I pointed out how she lied to me, the other woman at the register patronized me like a child and said "well next time don't order deluxe". She did not apologize,she did not offer a refund or try to rectify the situation. Then she threw my receipt away without even asking if I wanted it,and then she starts digging threw the trash for it, placing discarded receipts on the counter. I was not pleased at all. Thesewomen are dishonest and do not need to be in customer service. Read more

I just left this location and was amazed at how rude the female teenager was as she rolled her eyes at me when I told her what... type of bread I wanted. There was an older lady who was fairly nice but had a slight attitude when I asked about leaving acomplaint for the manager. Read more
Awesome service compare to the other 3 in Athens I like them the best, one at Wal-Mart the employees are rude, near interstate... the employees does not listen to what u want and there drive thru.is terrible I think need speaker at back. Then the one up nearace hardware says they don't take coupons. Read more
Fast, friendly and more healthier oriented eats than most other places. Good tasting sandwiches priced right.
Oddly enough, this place doesn't look like it should be a subway. Its a standalone building that resembles a double-wide... trailer. But appearance isn't everything. The employee on shift during my visit was friendly and fast. The counter was wellmaintained and clean, so was the seating area. An establishment well deserving of a 5 star rating. Read more
