Had a great experience! Avery, the hostess was really sweet. She let us know there was only one waitress and then set us down... promptly. Tammie, our waitress was exceptional! Even though she was the only waitress, you couldn?t tell. We never ran out ofdrinks and she checked on us frequently! She deserves a raise! All of the staff worked together! The food was great too! Food was good and servers were attentive. Came back again late tonight and hoping we would get good service so late. We were... not disappointed as Kyleigh was our very nice and hard working server. Way too hot inside for comfort asked if they could turn the A/C down and they said only corporate can and they apparently they... get a lot of complaints. This needs to be fixed we got up and left. Read more
The waitress kept making all sorts of excuses. Took over 15 minutes for her to take our order. My mashed potatoes were cold... all the way through. The broccoli was mush barely held its shape. My steak was a total disappointment. I ordered it mediumand the gristle was burnt all the way through and most of the meat was rare. There was more fat on the steak than meat. Notonce did the waitress stop back by until it was time to bring the check. We ordered dessert and it was the only thing goodabout my dinner. Asked for a box to take home to the dogs. It was my 60th birthday and will more than likely never go back toany Applebee's. Read more
Stopped by for a quick meal to take home. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. By the time I got home, my meal was still hot... (15 minutes drive) and each bite was delicious from start to finish! Only reason I?m not giving them a 5 star review is becausethey forgot my silverware! Hahah! Read more
