Had an amazing time!!! Came in with a group of 50 teenagers close to closing, but despite everything we had quick, efficient,... and kind service! The workers were extremely kind and patient! Look it's Chili's I understand that but I have been twice and both times they dropped the ball big time. First visit stakes... ordered rare and came out well done two times. They comped that one, second time hamburger patties were raw sent it back cameback raw sent it back I don't know if it was right the 3rd time as we left and my kids mom took it home with her. But I paid forthat one full price and we didn't even get to eat it. Work on your cooks please. Read more

Got cheese curly fries. First they came covered in jalapenos . didn't ask for loaded. So I guess that made them mad. Because the... Fries came back completely drown in cheese. More cheese than fries. Cold tortilla soup. Appetizers were cold. Instead of threedifferent dipping sauce I got 3 tubs of ranch. Our server was very attentive, and not overly attentive . Ordered a philly cheese steak and got a couple of tiny slices of steak on each half. We called attention to a staffer and she... left never came back. We did finally speak to a manager who was very apologetic. The bartender was so full of excuses for notknowing what to do. He didn't know how to operate the hand held computer or know how to make drinks. I get growing pains butthis was not a great experience for us. We won't be back. Athens is a very small town. They only have 2 tables available for parties of more than 4. They had other tables that could handle a high chair (for our... party of 5) and some they could not. So, the only place I guess they put a high chair is where a chair is already placed. Neverhad this experience before at a restaurant nor at a Chili's. This Chili's is not family friendly I guest. They need to take thatout of their description. We were looking forward to eating, but the wait on two tables too long for our family especially whenthey could accommodate us, but chose otherwise. This spot is new in town. The food is fresh and delicious. I had the brisket quesadilla! The waitresses could've been a little... more attentive, but everyone has a bad day sometimes. It took us longer to pay than it did to eat because the device at thetable was faulty. I blame it on the technology. Food was worth it! Read more
