Ordered through the mobile app 30 mins in advance for my kids. Get to the restaurant nothing was prepared, then they came and... said they had none of my ordered chicken cooked. Then they only had a forth of the order in non crispy. Finally told them tothrow in whatever they had. Settled for soggy non crispy chicken regretfully. Waited while they cooked the fries an additional10 mins past the due time for my order. None of the workers showed any sense of urgency and appeared put out. No one appeared tobe happy working there sadly. The manager (or what appeared to be) sat on their butt the entire time as though that?s typicalof the business they are running. Bad experience all around. Don?t waste your money on their over priced food. KFC could learn athing or two from Chick-Fil-A! Read more
The staff are friendly, the food is delicious, and they have some eye candy. That cashier Mike was too damn handsome????!!!
Chicken was dark like it was either cooked too long or it was old. Also, why would they not have green beans?

If I could give a 0 star review I would. I paid $35 for a this nastiness! We had 2 sides of potatoes with 1/2 a gravy that was... obviously scraped from the bottom of the pan as was the mac & cheese.Tried to call and and they don't answer the phone. Will notbe going back. Read more
The food here was hot and delicious. Everyone was very friendly and even asked how everything was. Got the famous bowl and it... was just what was needed. At lunch they may be a little busy but the wait is definitely worth it! Read more
