Every time my family and I go to McDonald’s we have something missing. I understand they are busy a lot of the time. I’ve... tried to politely ask them to give us what we’re missing and they always doubt if I’m being truthful, which I understand.It’s a business. It’s not meant to give things out for free, but I claim for what I’ve paid for. The past 3 times I’vewent the MANAGER says I need your receipt and all the food that was given to you. Today, about 15 minutes ago, THE MANAGER said,“I bagged that food there isn’t any good missing”. When we take the food in there, “Oh, yeah. You are missing things.I’m tired of them thinking I’m lying to them. Maybe they should be more careful on how they organize and give food tocustomers. Management used to be so much better. Read more
The lines were long but moved fairly quickly. Food was hot and order was correct.
I ordered from the kiosk, went to pay and I had made a mistake with my order regarding my app deal I was using. Long story... short, my ff were removed by the MANAGER so when I got my food and they were missing I asked the manager about them and shebrushed me off saying just get back in line and pay for them. I already have my food so now it will get cold waiting in thisline. Couldn't she have rang me up, let me pay and be done? She told me I could just leave since I wanted my order re-cooked.Really? I love this McDonald's, the morning/lunch ladies are fantastic! They're very friendly and helpful and I haven't had issues with... my orders. My food has always been fresh and my drinks correct. Keep it up Athens, TX!! Read more

This location is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever eaten at. Your staff is never customer service friendly, and they always... forget something no matter if I order it on door dash or in person at the restaurants drive thru. I set in drive threw for 15min when there were only two cars in the line ahead of me. No one came in the speaker and greeted me all I was hearing was theconversation they were having in the restaurant. It’s laughable that your staff can’t even turn the mic off. And afterlistening for 15min the lady that pulls up to the second line gets her ordered taken. Y’all seriously need to do somethingabout training your staff and double/triple checking orders.
