Ordered family mealnwith 2 vegan orange chickens & 1 walnut shrimp got all the way home to find REAL CHICKEN instead of the... Shrimp i paid the premium charge for. The app shows I ordered correctly and the receipt does too.... NOT happy with thisexperience. Super delicious!! Nice serving sizes. Make sure you try their signature entree, Orange chicken, little spicy, but oh so... wonderful! If you want sweet and sour sauce make sure you ask for it, and when you do be advised you will receive only one, ifyou want more you'll have to tell them.( They're a little protective of it). Unfortunately my order was a little wrong, ordered Beijing beef and got someone else's kung pow chicken. Called in to let them... know and they convinced me to come again to let them "make it right". The kindness and positive attitude totally convinced me togive it another try. The offer of a free upsize was generous, but truly it was the guys attitude. Thanks for that! See yousoon. PS. Use to love it the first few months they came to Athens, TX. Now the portions are cut way back. Very inconsistent. Tastes good... though. Price is a little high for the small portions. Prefer Hunan's buffet in Athens. They have better price, taste, and allyou can eat plus sushi! Read more

Mobile order was supposed to be done at 12:50. I arrived at 12:57. We were told they were working on it & it would be about a 12... minute wait. We were not able to wait due to an appointment so we asked for a refund. 1-2 business days the order to berefunded. Ladies at drive thru very unfriendly & unprofessional. Andrew said they have been having issues with the staff"dropping" the chicken on time for orders & told me I wouldn't get a receipt for the refund, so now I don't have proof or thereceipt for the purchase I did make.
