Went there 4 hours before closing. Only bread they had was white and wheat. They were out of steak and ham. The employee started... to make a sandwich, but it wasn?t even close to what was ordered so they had to start again. The turkey they tried to put on thewrong sandwich looked dried out. On numerous occasions, we?ve stopped by to get sandwiches and the Open sign was lit but doorswere locked and it was an hour or two before they were supposed to be closed. Several employees where inside. Knocked on thedoor to get their attention but they just looked at us and didn?t move. Most of the employees could care less and show it intheir attitudes. Staff don't know their items, manager telling us they are short handed and we have to wait, no we don't. The worst part is their... salad bowls are $12.04 each that is ridiculous for chicken, bacon, a little Lettuce and very little dressing. Be honest I don't understand why this place is still even open. I understand it's hard to find anyone willing to work nowadays... and if you are going to hire I recommend a little more training. There should not be 20 minutes or more to stand there and watchthe employees attempt to make a sandwich. Arrived an hour before closing to find that the door was locked (despite the numerous lit open signs and the verified business... hours online reflecting that it was supposed to be open). That wasn't really a big deal, although it was rather odd. Theemployees inside however, remained unenthusiastically motionless as I asked them whether they were actually closed or not. Theemployee in the photo was literally a meter and a half from the door. He knew my question, and was visibly annoyed by myinterruption of his ....standing. For the whole of a minute (It's all I could muster the patience to stand there for) he stoodsilently glaring at me as I sought the answer to a simple yes or no question. An establishment is only as good as its employees,and the individuals working here aren't even bare-minimum polite. Who knows what that means for the food they put out for thepoor average unsuspecting consumer that simply wants to have a meal. If they can't muster the energy to be decent- or even tojust answer a simple question- who's to say that they had enough energy to actually prepare the food properly? I'm honestly alittle relieved that I was shunned from the hills have sandwiches establishment. Who wants a hateful bunch like that preparingtheir food? Not I.
