Called to place an order for pick up. The first person who answered was nice but the person he handed the phone too pretended... they couldn?t hear me, and then muted the line. Didn?t even hang up. And when I tired to call back they wouldn?t answer. Calledthe subway on Palestine st and they were happy to take me order. Just saying. Read more

If ordering on the App..they carry limited stock items...no Jalapeno Cheese bread, some sauces, etc, but still listed on the... App, but you won't know they don't stock those items until you get here....good luck. Read more
The lady who took our order today 1/10/2020 was very rude . I asked for soup which she proceeded to get and sat down , then she... put onions on my sandwich when I asked for Banana peppers and took some but not all of them off . When I went to pay foreverything I assumed she did her job and got my soup ( which she did not) after I paid I realized my soup was sitting in thesame spot and asked for it she tried to charge me for my soup that she Forgot ! Flies all over the paper they sit your food on and they have to actively cover your food up so flies won't get on your food.... This Subway had the same problem a year ago and it's still not fixed. Nasty, who wants to eat food that flies are all over?Something needs to be done, I'm calling the health department on them. Read more
