This Taco Bell is great!!! Food is always hot and fresh. When I?m in Athens it?s where I eat.
Very disappointed. After a long day, we stopped by to get a quick bite for a few bucks. When we got to the speaker I asked for a... minute so that we could decide what we wanted since we don?t eat here very often. We were sitting there for no more than twominutes tops discussing the options without a single other person in the drive-thru or lobby while the girl in the mic said 3times in a patronizing and annoyed voice ?wheneeeeever you?re readyyyy? to get us to order. After the third time, I?d had itwith her bad attitude. I promptly told her off and left. It was good! My personal favorite is the Chipotle Ranch Grilled Chicken burrito. Although if you don't eat it fast it cools down... rather quickly but I also can't really complain about a meal that cost me 5 bucks. This Taco Bell also runs out of soda often.I've been there 2 or 3 times and they were out of Baja Blast and various other drinks. The drive thru is kinda tight if you'redriving a bigger vehicle so you just might want to watch it but other than that the service is very kind and helpful. Speakingof the service, the employees there are kind and respectful. I've been to many a Taco Bell and this one definitely has somegreat people working there. Read more
Had their breakfast for the first time. Used their app to order and then went and picked it up. Was so easy and tasted really... good. The only issue I had was that it wasn't hot. If not for that I would give them 5 stars Read more
These people know how to make a taco- go inside and let them know you appreciate the service and be friendly and sincere. it?s a... win - win. I?m sure they get people in the drive thru all day that?s negative and those whom ?nothing is ever good enough?. Corporate puts limits on how much product can be put in each item.... but with all the hard work the staff does each day withlittle appreciation... a ?thank you? goes a long way here ... and the gratitude is returned ;as you can see in my photo of my?macho? nacho taco (no lettuce for me ) !
