Worst whataburger I've ever been to and I've traveled and worked all over the southwest so that's saying ALOT. They need to... completely clean house. I waited over 40 minutes AFTER I arrived when I mobile ordered 20 minutes ahead to get my family asimple breakfast of some taquitos. Place wasn't clean, employees were incompetent, no coffee. Absolute disaster. Wasted my moneyand missed half of my daughters cheer competition due to them. Read more
Ordered online. Received incorrect order. Called in was told only way to comp or correct is to be there in person. That is a 30... mile round trip. Thank you Capitalist What A Burger for treating me like a second class customer. But you know. They get extramoney for the same product. Read more
Came in at around 1pm..got my usual #1...got my food as usual but the fries were cold,I took them back to get more..fresh n... hot...no such luck..the second order of fries took over 10 mins and they didn't even know who they were for...these were cookedso l9ng that they were hard...not crunchy..Hard...so my burger got cold waiting for the fries..I should have just got a refundand moved on....not my favorite burger stop Read more
Tried this Whataburger twice now. Just not good. If you?re going to charge $5 just for a plain burger, it should At least be... good. Dry bread, no taste, a tomato that?s going bad and two pickles. We love Whataburger but this one is not good. Read more
Used the app, and chose curbside, like we always do. Got there waited 20 minutes, then finally went inside?.our food was on the... register counter, when I asked why, the girl gave me two empty drink cups, and said thank you??. Came to this whataburger for the first time having a bad day not feeling to good and the sweetest voice came on! Cindy and... employee that was answering the drive through was so kind and sweet even tho I?m just a stranger! Thank you Cindy and keep upyour amazing work! Takes years to get an order through and apparently this is what a honey butter chicken biscuit with EXTRA honey butter looks... like to the Athens whata also id expect a reputable business to answer their phones? Maybe a thought oh and also napkins in thebag would also be very nice!! Read more
Always reliable for being quick and friendly. Have visited here dozens of times. Have had a couple of incidents of orders being... slightly wrong if we go through drive-thru, but not unreasonably so. Never had it wrong if we order inside, so it's reasonablethat orders can be misunderstood from the speakers. The food has never dropped in quality or taste, and never has an employeebeen rude or impatient with me. Read more
