Chef Dave, and his crew, know what they're doing despite that fact he's never been to cooking school. There is something so... unique about the quality of his food and the pairing of wines. If you are looking for a one of a kind experience, some goodjokes and top tier service this will be one for the books. At the end of dinner he explained they were short staffed (normallythey have 12 and they only had 7) We would have never known. Everything was timed perfectly and there was just enough timein-between each course. Chef Dave and his team are amazing! The food and wine were above and beyond mine and my wife's expectations. We ended up going... twice last week, and I am sure we will be going a couple more times this year. Chef Dave makes the dinner experience somethingto remember. Food and cooking methods that I didn't think that I would of liked are now some of my favorites. It is definitelyworth the price of admission. Great job Dave! See you soon. Read more
I have eaten in many 5 star restaurants in NY, CA, Seattle, Italy, Greece, Montenegro, Mexico, the Caribbean, etc. This is by... far the most memorable experience and the best food I have eaten. Yes, in Athol Idaho. The wine pairings were amazing. Thefood exquisite, original and beautiful. Perfect. The service was impeccable and the staff amazing. We took advantage of thelimo service and that was a great treat knowing we wouldn’t have to drive. This is a special place like no other. Everyoneshould experience it a few times in their life. The ambiance is classy and comfortable with unique eventrelated art decorating every space you get to enjoy. Such a delicious and fun experience! I went solo last minute (but with a newborn!!) and the team was so sweet and accommodating.... If I ever get the chance to bring my husband we’ll make sure to utilize the limousine service so I can enjoy more of thedelicious wine & the cocktails????
