I?m angry I have to give them 1 star when I?d love to give them NOTHING. An angry little woman named Isabella appears to be... answering the phone and has no customer service skills whatsoever. My order arrived completely wrong, I called and was spoken toextremely rudely. I was told they had no pepperoni or green peppers, apparently that excuse was supposed to justify being sentplain pizza. She argued with me about the order I placed because that?s not how it came through to her store. I suggested aphone call to online orders when they are out of toppings but she couldn?t grasp that idea. I won?t be ordering here ever again.I wish I had read the reviews on here before doing so. From answering the phone to delivery these people can?t do a single thing right. With incredibly limited options in these small... towns, I?ve no option but give these undesirables multiple chances to get my simple plain cheese pizza order correct.Unfortunately, that task proved to be too daunting for them each time. I?ve given up completely as though it were lent and goneon a pizza-free diet until the entire IQ has been raised above 100, collectively, among the staff. Sometimes I get all my food and sometimes I don't. Last time I didn't I actually called and got a big attitude. They said they... would replace the missing item, they never showed up. I had to call again the next day. The lame excuse was they were busy andthe person answering the phone had a mental disorder.
