Was really looking forward to The Adult Happy Meal. When we got there @ 12:30 We were informed that the Adult Happy Meal had run... out??? O.k. so I was going to get The Big Mac. (should be called, little Mac) So I ordered everything individually. They hadeverything then???? Read more
It was busy, Ordered 2 Cactus meals... with extra ketchup, recieved no napkins, no staws, 1 wrong meal..... went back inside,... they made it right for me, Thanks Team! Read more
Stopped by just now, Tuesday 9/6/22 at 6:30 and I gotta say best mcdonalds experience yet! The girl who took my order was very... polite and was easy to understand and took my order right. Then the girl at the first window (not sure if it was the same oneor not) was also very polite and cheerful and when she asked if Ihad the 5 cents in order to save me from getting a bunch ofchange back, she did very well as not to confuse or offend someone. And the guy at the second window already knew the deal andas soon as I got to the window he already was handing me the drink and bag with a little head nod. I hate to admit it but I stopped here and felt like a Big Mac meal, which I have not had in a super long time. It was so good I... went back through the drive-thru and got a second Big Mac. The fries were just like the old McDonald's french fries that was sofresh and good. Read more
This McDonald's is always a mixed bag, but tonight takes the cake. Went through drive-thru. Ordered 2 drinks, 2 McDoubles, only... ketchup, and 2 holiday pies. Was asked to pull forward. Fine. Waiting for 15 minutes. After the car behind me got their food andno one even bothered to ask about my order, I had enough and went inside. They hadn't even started it yet! I specifically tellthem the burgers are ONLY KETCHUP. Took the bag, and 31 minutes after playing for my food, I finally get it, only to find theburgers made both wrong. Absolutely terrible experience, and a new low for this store. It wasn't like they were even slammed.They had 4 cars in drive-thru, and no one in the lobby. Probably because the wing nuts didn't turn the exterior lights on untilwhile I was waiting or my food, making the place look closed. I won't be going back here for a while, until after the highturnover rate does it's thing and every worker in there inevitably quits or gets fired. Maybe the next batch of employees won'tbe so inept.
