Good...But A/C was down and could not get any hot food ????...My Food was good and made my way.....
They were so busy they ran out of footlong bread & I ordered online so they had to refund me my $, it was this young girl & guys... 1st job so they didn't know how to void my transaction so they called they manager crystal & she said "im sleeping" & hung up onthem! I am so disgusted with the manager you should not have that job! As for the staff they were both wonderful! Youremployees needed you and you hung up on them you should be ashamed of yourself! I will tell you why I gave it only 2 stars. My wife and I stopped here on our way home to get dinner for our family. We were... advised that they only had Wheat and Italian herb and cheese left. We had wanted to order 2 Italian and 2 Wheat. We ended upordering 2 Italian herb and cheese and 1 Wheat foot long and 1 6inch wheat. Plus what if I needed to order more than 4sandwiches. After that there was NO foot long bread or 6inch bread left. I find it highly unacceptable that they couldn't havemade more bread. If I'm in the area I will be calling first. Today was the worst experience I ever had They didn't do my grinders right amounts etc. Not the first time with an issue. Asked... for xtra onions and she refused to cause the full tray was all they had left. Why put it out at all if you're not going to sellit. And I understand they were so far behind from recently opening as she was complaining to the other worker in thekitchen. That's why I patiently waiting I told her. But the way I was treated was wrong. Then when she goes to ring me out withmy card she prompted me to chose witch box/tip I wanted I chose skip for the first time ever. This visit was no where worth themoney I paid . $17.31 I've been getting subway for years. And I majorly. Not a big fan of subway as my wife is, but it was lunch. I ordered the bbq chicken and went with the recommended toppings the... lady suggested. She was right and the sub was delicious, and for that 5 stars for this place. Going to have to put this place onmy list to stop for lunch now Read more
I have only been here about 4 times. The first and second time were GREAT!! The most recent times were not so much...(4th time):... 4 workers were busy getting on-line orders done, so I had to wait 10 minutes to order 2 sandwiches! The 3rd time was horrible!!A customer ahead of me was ordering with his "mask on his chine" and was treated very kind! When asked for my order...rudely...Igave my order to a young lady whom passed it on to another worker that didn't get it right...she was new!! When I asked if phoneorders were being taken, the cashier said YES, so I inquired about a phone number...stated they couldn't give it out!! Asked ifit was the same number on website...YES!! Asked why no one was answering...stated they were to busy!! I called 5 times in anhour span before heading over!!! I like to give the benefit of the doubt.... New Ginger-Sesame sandwich is enjoyable. The Lemon-Rasberry cookie makes a nice finish. This location had some hard working... personnel and they work hard to craft a good looking, as well as good tasting sandwich. Don't be afraid to ask them forsuggestions on what should go on the sandwich specials. You may find new taste combinations you may have never thought of. Keepup the good work Athol. Read more
