Understand. I hardly EVER give reviews, but this place deserves one. Horrible!! Never again. Today, December 3rd, they ran... out of croissants and bagels at 9:45. But then the manager announces, "we can't serve lunch until 10 am. So you can't servebreakfast items because you "ran out," but then, you can't serve lunch for 10 minutes. So you can t serve breakfast...and themyou won't serve lunch. So many people walked away it was ridiculous. If I could give this place a "zero" star, I would. Ipurchased some trash from this place, and I would like a refund. I threw what I purchased in the trash...but i still have thereceipt. I would like a refund back. If I could give this location in concourse C a negative number I would. 1. Disengaged Team Members-no thank you?s to customers,... moving slow, chatting with friends from Starbucks. Touching walls and hair with gloved hands. I?m pretty sure an Employee gavea friend a cup for coffee without paying or standing in line. 2. Very slow service. I waited for 15 minutes for the most commonbreakfast sandwich. 3. Breakfast sandwich egg was cold. This location needs a management review. The food is fine but the staffneeds to be retrained or removed. I don?t expect great service at an airport but this one was a fail. I?m sure it can beimproved with a decent manager and some training. ATL breakfast options are not great..When you?re standing in line at Starbucks both to order then wait for your order- do... yourself a favor and go wait for 1/4 the time here. Throughly impressive one gal took all the orders, line was moving! Backstaff rocked out sandwiches so fast! Read more

The positive: the sandwich I had was excellent. One of the best I've had. The bad: as stated in other reviews, the staff is... young; not trained in customer service and could care less. The lady responsible for the front counter, thought it moreimportant to clean the coffee makers than take my order. When she finally got around to me, she was effecient but not friendly.While waiting for my sandwich, lots of laughter and swearing could be heard from the back. I watched a customer wait whilefore-mentioned lady continued to clean coffee makers. She glanced at the waiting customer at least three times. No recognition;no "I'll be right with you". Nothing. This is a reflection of management or lack thereof. The owner(s) should be embarrassed.Get involved and fix this in what could otherwise be a great place to eat. Read more

Only place open with a little food and coffee combined with great attitudes

You may want to go somewhere else. After a 20 min wait for a salad at off hours (8pm), the staff (only 2 people) did not... provide bread from Atlanta BREAD company for my salad. I asked the gentleman behind the counter for my bread. Afterreceiving a rude look, he provided my pieces of bread. As you can see the bread in the provided photos was not baked, white,and served semi- raw. This bread is similar to ?a take and bake? from the grocery store. Being from the Atlanta area, this isnot how Atlanta bread is served at other locations. After considering the bread was not cooked I picked the chicken off mysalad thinking what else might Atlanta Bread serving that is not properly cooked and served to their customers ? The sandwich is pretty small. It was fresh and is made of quality ingredients just small. There is a little dining room in the... back that is away from all the hustle and bustle of the airport. Nice and quiet. Read more

Seriously the staff makes it obvious their lack of care. Definitely in need of cleaning. The diet coke wasn't coming out... properly and they were out of unsweetened tea. One of the staff member only joked on how they needed to be fixed or refilledrather than addressing the problem. And while 3 or 4 employees "worked" the other 3 or 4 employees hung out in the back, thatwas blocked off for possibly cleaning or construction and had social time on their phones and with each other.
