I love Buffalo Wild Wings, but this place could be a gamble if you want decent service. They went under new management a few... weeks ago, and I can tell the service standards have improved. However, sometimes after I receive my food, I find myself askingfor items that I had already requested while I was ordering at the cashier. This is an awful establishment. Staff are so incredibly rude - no attempt at professionalism, they just show open disdain for... people trying to order. But worse than this they are extremely aggressive. I felt uncomfortable and unsafe here. A staff memberbehaved threateningly towards me when I was politely ordering food, then completely ignored me so he could leer at a femalecustomer and try to get her number.
